Maintenance
Before your move-in, we will ensure your apartment is thoroughly prepared. This includes an apartment clean, inspection and servicing of appliances, testing all plumbing and electrical systems, and addressing any necessary repairs. We’ll also ensure that your keys and fobs are ready and tested. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience for you!
No, your presence is not required for the service technician to perform the work. Once you put in a work request, the technician can complete the necessary service. We will leave a note on your counter of the work performed and provide any relevant updates if it couldn't be completed that day.
Yes, we have an on-site maintenance team available during regular office hours. In addition, we offer 24-hour emergency maintenance services. A detailed list of what qualifies as an emergency can be provided upon request. Should you require emergency assistance after hours, simply call our office number and follow the prompt for emergency maintenance—this will connect you directly to our on-call team member.
You can submit a maintenance request by calling or emailing the office, visiting us in person, or through your resident portal—the same platform you use to pay rent.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with lockouts after hours. However, we can help address the situation during regular business hours. If you are locked out outside of those times, you may need to contact a licensed locksmith at your own expense to change your door locks.

Yes, off street parking is available with parking spaces throughout the community. Garages are also available for an additional fee per month.

Yes, our community is pet friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets.
Whirlpool appliances come standard in the apartments. Stainless steel kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Washers and dryers also come standard in the apartments.
At this time, we do not offer furnished apartment homes. However, we do work closely with a relocation company we can refer you to.
The pool is open from 10 am to 10 pm; The fitness center and clubhouse are open 24/7 and can be accessed through the Chirp app after office hours

Typically 24-72 hours as long as all required documents are provided.
Rent can be paid online through the Rent Café portal, Flex app, or in the office via certified funds. Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
No, you are not required to purchase renter’s insurance. Our community provides a renter’s legal liability policy, which you will be enrolled in upon move-in. This coverage is part of your monthly fees, totaling $16.59. However, you do have the option to purchase your own personal property insurance policy if you prefer additional coverage.
Spectrum-We have a bulk account for the property and set this up for you prior to move-in.
Completed application and application fees, government issued photo ID, Paystubs, linked bank account/bank statements
Contact Dominion Energy for electricity set up. We set up water, sewer, cable, and internet for you. These are billed along with your rent each month.
If your application is denied, you will receive an adverse action letter from our screening company detailing the reasons for the decision. Additionally, the administrative fee will be refunded to you in the event of a denial.
You can complete the application on our property website. The application fee is $75 per applicant.

Uber and Lyft are accessible forms of transportation for Preserve at Ridgeville.
We are zoned for Berkeley County school district . For the elementary school we are zoned for Cross Elementary and for the middle and high school we are zoned for Cross Middle and High School.
Azalea Square and Nexton Parkway are the closest shopping centers.

Preserve at Ridgeville is the only apartment community that you will find located near Camp Hall, Volvo, Redwood Materials, Walmart Distribution Center and Sundaram Clayton.
Preserve at Ridgeville is an up and coming neighborhood within driving distance to shopping and dining. The neighborhood is located in a rural setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
There are many fun activities to do in Ridgeville! Preserve at Ridgeville's central location in Ridgeville puts Preserve at Ridgeville's residents in the heart of Ridgeville. Major attractions in the city include: Farmer's Markets, a visit to the local strawberry and peach farms, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, walking trails and many more at Avian Commons in Camp Hall. Visit Givhans Ferry State Park to canoe or kayak the Edisto River or Beidler Forest to walk the nature trails.
Preserve at Ridgeville is located within 5 minutes to Volvo, Redwood Materials, Sundaram Clayton, Walmart Distribution Center, 20 minutes to Google plants (Ridgeville and St George).
Preserve at Ridgeville offers many great amenities, including a saltwater pool with a tanning deck, a fitness center with a yoga room, a clubhouse with a complimentary coffee bar and work stations, and a walking trail with a pavilion.
